Information I collect

When you book a Free AI Workflow Assessment, request information, or email me directly, I collect what you provide: your name, email address, business details, and anything you share about how your business operates during the assessment call.

I do not collect financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information, and I ask that you avoid including them in any message or booking form.

How I use it

• To schedule and conduct your assessment call.
• To prepare and deliver your workflow recommendation and, if relevant, a fixed-scope implementation proposal.
• To follow up about a potential engagement.
• To keep basic business records, including for tax purposes.

I do not sell your information, and I do not use it for advertising or share it with data brokers.

Third-party services

Booking is handled through Calendly, which processes the scheduling details you submit under Calendly’s own privacy policy. The site is hosted on Vercel, which may collect basic, anonymized technical logs (such as IP address and page requests) to keep the site running reliably and securely. This site does not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.

Cookies

rayautomate.com does not use marketing or tracking cookies. Calendly and Vercel may set minimal cookies necessary for scheduling and site reliability, governed by their own policies linked above.

How long I keep it

I keep information for as long as it’s useful to our business relationship, or as required for legal and tax purposes, and delete it on request outside of those requirements.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing team@rayautomate.com.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I’ll update the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
